Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or attend any events hosted here.

  1. Eligibility
    You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties outlined in these Terms of Use.

  2. User Conduct
    You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and that you are responsible for your use of and communications on the website. You agree not to post on or transmit through this website any unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, offensive, hateful or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

  3. Privacy
    Your use of the website is also subject to the website's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains our practices relating to the collection and use of your information through or in connection with our website.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All content, design, graphics, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters making up the website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the website is strictly prohibited.

  5. Limitation of Liability
    In no event shall     The Multarity Project™, its directors, members, employees or agents be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits or loss of data, whether in an action in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website.

  6. Changes to the Terms
    The Multarity Project    ™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time.

RELEASE AND CONSENT AGREEMENT for the Multarity Project™ experiences.

By participating in The Multarity Project™, a program under the auspices of Möbius, hereby grant to Möbius and The Multarity Project™, and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, licensees, affiliated companies, and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Company"), the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, record, and/or otherwise capture in any media, your name, image, voice, writen statement, photograph, and/or visual likeness (collectively, "Images and Statements").

You also grant the Company unrestricted rights to use, reproduce, distribute, and transform the information, ideas, concepts, intellectual property, or other content (collectively, the "Contributions") that you may provide in connection with my partcipation in any actvities related to The Multarity Project™. You understand and agree that your Contributions may be used by the Company for research purposes, and for the development and promoton of the Company's programs, products, and services.

You agree that the Images, Statements, and Contributions may be used by the Company for any purposes, including but not limited to, promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes. The Company may reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display, create derivative works from, and otherwise use and exploit your Images, Statements, and Contributions and may authorize others to do so in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without notifying you, obtaining your additional consent, or making any payment to you or to any third party.

You represent and warrant that the consent of no other person or entity is required to enable the Company to use my Images, Statements, and Contributions as described here and that the use of your Images, Statements, and Contributions by the Company will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

You hereby release and discharge the Company, its agents, representatives, and assignees from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, expenses, and demands arising out of or in connection with the use, exploitation, or distribution of my Images, Statements, and Contributions, including, without limitation, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of my right of publicity, defamation, and any other personal and/or property rights.

By participating in a The Multarity Project™ event, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally competent to participate, and you understand the terms as outlined here, as well as their contents, meaning, and impact, and you freely accept the terms.
